Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to send an item back.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
All original packaging must be included, such as the gift box or pouch.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, perfume, or damage may be rejected.
Items must be returned complete. Missing parts or accessories can void the return.

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
Final sale items
Personalized or custom-made items
Items damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it and cover all costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or product, return the item and place a new order. This guarantees stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrived damaged or not as ordered, email info@marenca.nl within 48 hours and include photos.
We will fix it immediately.

How to Start a Return

Email info@marenca.nl with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Send the item back using any tracked shipping method.
Once received and approved, your refund will be issued.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days after arrival for processing.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent back without approval may be refused and returned to the sender.
